Relationship Managers at Satyam are responsible for building profitable, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer delight and developing business from assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee development and implementation of account plan for assigned account(s)
- Establish executive level contacts with defined account(s) to help build and manage existing customer relationships
- Build Satyam Brand through thought leadership, representation and professional networking
- Manage multiple accounts, usually key accounts identified as high potential / high revenue generating
- Work with delivery and marketing teams to demonstrate strong ROI from Satyam
- Identify partners / alliances that help enhance position with customers
- Support development of account management competencies in delivery team
- Ensure operational effectiveness and consistent implementation of organizational processes
