Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility and accountability for managing large and complex customer engagements
- Ensuring delivery excellence; taking up ownership of project/s delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction; and having total control on the project/s across multiple technologies
- Monitoring project progress and communicating project status to all stakeholders (including Satyam and the customer)
- Coordinating project start-ups and helping smooth functioning of the project by dealing with multiple units within Satyam
- Reviewing and managing the project portfolio
- Tracking project costs and managing budgets; conducting project reviews and audits
- Identifying risks and ensuring pro-active mitigating of risks
- Mapping customer business value chain and helping create solutions to solve customer business problems
